An unbelievably amazing team! They didn’t just find me a home but Judy and her team helped our entire company relocate our employees. They helped us find homes, some rentals and some sales, in every part of Miami as was requested by the different employees. They helped families with finding the right schools , doctors, home remodeling basically ALL that was needed to help my colleagues and me get established and comfortable in Miami. I always felt that Judy was looking out for my best interest, often, over her own...her advice on buying a home was honest and objective and not influenced by her potential commission. After initially working with other brokers in Miami, I found that Judy and her team have the highest ethical standards and were focused on finding me the right home. Judy patiently took me out month after month till I understood the Miami market and finally found a house we love. And her service didn’t stop there, even after we’re in our home, she continues to help me and advise on various issues of living and adjusting to Miami. Judy and her team are a unique full service real estate group, I have bought many homes over the past 20 years and this has been the BEST experience by far. Judy is a treasure and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy real estate in the Miami area. Don’t even think of working with anyone else, she is the best.

We were so impressed by her insight, knowledge, tireless work ethic, and attention to detail. It's hard to find a realtor with knowledge, experiences, and just done the job right efficiently and timely. The Zeder Team does just that. My wife and I got this beautiful single family home in the heart of Pinecrest in 2009 and sold it in 2017. Starting from taking pictures, advertising, conducting the showing and open house were effective and seamless. Zeder also provided advice and manage the property and get the necessary works done in transition. We are completely satisfied with their service.

Sometimes you hit the jackpot and that is what we did with Judy and her team. Their terrific knowledge of the local real estate market and their exceptional understanding of current real estate trends both local and national made hunting for a house a breeze. We just bought a house that the Zeder team was representing and we couldn't be happier. The whole experience from start to end was great and a step above any other experience we have had in Real Estate. I highly recommend the Zeder team and would like to work with them again in the future. We saw a few of the listings that Judy had and they were all impeccably setup. She knew every detail of every house and was always a straight shooter telling us how it was, which we appreciated from the beginning. Then, when we made an offer for the house (now our's!), the negotiation was very fair and without games. From then until the Closing, she worked with the Sellers to make the process very transparent and easy, which allowed us all to get to the Closing, even while dealing with the inevitable issues that arise during that process. Plus Nathan and Kara were also very helpful and gave us great advice about the house moving forward. Finally, Rosie at the office was a pleasure to work with and made the whole administrative process easy. My wife and I are very pleased with the Zeder's and we hope to continue to work with them.

The Zeders were great to work with. They were prompt, professional and polite with requests or questions I had. Nathan was representing the other client and I represented myself with an attorny, but I still felt comfortable and they went out of their way to be there for me as well. Over all it was a great experience! I can't forget Rosie, she handles everything once under contract. She is super sweet and attentive to all aspects of the process and such great energy about her!
