The most recognizable area of South Florida, South Beach has glamourous nightclubs, exclusive boutiques, high-end condos, excellent restaurants, and the world-famous Art Deco historic district. Lincoln Road, an open pedestrian mall in the Art Deco area, offers dining, retail (including the Apple Store and H&M), and entertainment, all next door to the world-class New World School of the Arts and steps from the Miami Beach Convention Center and Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater.

Walk a few blocks from the marquee lights, in any direction, and South Beach Waterfront Real Estate is glitz gives way to shaded streets lined with picturesque low-rise condos and single-family homes in a variety of styles, including Mediterranean, bungalows, and garden apartments.
