South Beach

South Beach Real Estate

The most recognizable area of South Florida, South Beach has glamourous nightclubs, exclusive boutiques, high-end condos, excellent restaurants, and the world-famous Art Deco historic district. Lincoln Road, an open pedestrian mall in the Art Deco area, offers dining, retail (including the Apple Store and H&M), and entertainment, all next door to the world-class New World School of the Arts and steps from the Miami Beach Convention Center and Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater.

Walk a few blocks from the marquee lights, in any direction, and South Beach Waterfront Real Estate is glitz gives way to shaded streets lined with picturesque low-rise condos and single-family homes in a variety of styles, including Mediterranean, bungalows, and garden apartments. Parks pop up unexpectedly, and of course the beaches are close by. Residents are able to enjoy quiet and privacy in these shady neighborhoods, while still being able to take advantage of all that life on Miami Beach has to offer, with Downtown Miami just minutes away across the Julia Tuttle, Venetian, or MacArthur Causeway.

South Beach homes is sort of divided into two parts. Besides the busy tourist areas around Lincoln Road and north to 22nd Street, there’s the SoFi (South of Fifth) area, which is home to beautiful South Pointe Park and stunning South Beach waterfront condos featuring every possible amenity. Those include such desirable buildings as Apogee, Murano at Portofino, ICON South Beach, and the Continuum. Joe’s Stone Crab, one of the best and most popular restaurants in greater Miami, is in the SoFi triangle as well. The triangle of SoFi connects directly to the MacArthur Causeway and Fisher Island. Incredible views and very close from the beach ensure that these buildings will keep their allure!
