It's hard to find a realtor with knowledge, experiences, and just done the job right efficiently and timely. The Zeder Team does just that. My wife and I got this beautiful single family home in the heart of Pinecrest in 2009 and sold it in 2017. Starting from taking pictures, advertising, conducting the showing and open house were effective and seamless. Zeder also provided advice and manage the property and get the necessary works done in transition. We are completely satisfied with their service.

Sometimes you hit the jackpot and that is what we did with Judy and her team. Their terrific knowledge of the local real estate market and their exceptional understanding of current real estate trends both local and national made hunting for a house a breeze. We just bought a house that the Zeder team was representing and we couldn't be happier. The whole experience from start to end was great and a step above any other experience we have had in Real Estate. I highly recommend the Zeder team and would like to work with them again in the future. We saw a few of the listings that Judy had and they were all impeccably setup. She knew every detail of every house and was always a straight shooter telling us how it was, which we appreciated from the beginning. Then, when we made an offer for the house (now our's!), the negotiation was very fair and without games. From then until the Closing, she worked with the Sellers to make the process very transparent and easy, which allowed us all to get to the Closing, even while dealing with the inevitable issues that arise during that process. Plus Nathan and Kara were also very helpful and gave us great advice about the house moving forward. Finally, Rosie at the office was a pleasure to work with and made the whole administrative process easy. My wife and I are very pleased with the Zeder's and we hope to continue to work with them.

The Zeders were great to work with. They were prompt, professional and polite with requests or questions I had. Nathan was representing the other client and I represented myself with an attorny, but I still felt comfortable and they went out of their way to be there for me as well. Over all it was a great experience! I can't forget Rosie, she handles everything once under contract. She is super sweet and attentive to all aspects of the process and such great energy about her!
